The “Apostille” is a legalization that is affixed to any document for it to be valid before the authorities of another country that is part of the Hague Convention.
A Spanish certificate bearing the Apostille legalization shall be considered a valid document with full legal effect at any other country that is part to the Hague Convention. A certified Translation may also be required.
